Steve Thomas has been drawing blueprints and creating designs in this industry for over 30 years. He has an appreciation for what your hopes and anticipations are when working with you on your latest construction project. His number one commitment is to get the drawing to match your dream or vision of that project!
Steve has worked with the local building code officials for years. He has an understanding of building codes and knows how to address issues that may arise. For any engineering standards Steve has the print reviewed and stamped by a local engineering firm, Machin Engineering. You can bring in your plans just sketched out on a plain piece of paper and that is enough for him to get started.
Steve can design anything from decks and additions to pole barns and dream homes. We also have estimators on staff that can take Steve's prints and create for you the list of items you need in order to build your project.
